Security Services - PSARA Act
The private security agencies regulation act 2005 is an act that was passed by the Parliament. All security agencies in India are governed by this act and all must abide by the rules and regulations set down by this act.
In Karnataka there are not more then a 100 security services agency who have this act, in Maharashtra there are 300+.

Please beware of security guards and security agencies in Bangalore, Karnataka and Security Services Agency in Pune, Maharashtra that do not have this license which is issued by the Commissioner of Police of the local city, before deploying security personnel.
